Air in Danger

Children are increasingly interested in and anxious to be informed about "green" matters. The World in Danger series introduces them to the issues that are at the heart of the conservationist or "green" debates. This book looks at the importance to all living things of the air around us and at how humans have abused it. Examples are given of how and why things have gone wrong and of the effects of this abuse. The final section shows how things can be and are being improved.
