Simon Polley FCABE MRICS MIFireE is Managing Director of BRCS (Building Control) Limited, previously a building regulation consultant and senior local authority building control officer. With a significant breadth of experience spanning over 35 years Simon has worked directly on a wide range of public and private sector projects.
