Reviews / Votes
"The DVD is an excellent addition for detailed viewing of various complex procedures. This well written book is an excellent effort by the editors and contributors...The book clearly addresses some of the basic physiology and basic concepts of morbid obesity and then provides an excellent review of nearly all the available bariatric surgical procedures. The DVD with the procedures is very useful. Particularly laudable is the fact that this book is free of any bias towards a particular procedure... This is useful reading for nearly everyone involved in the care of morbidly obese patients as well as those who deal with such patients on an occasional basis. 3 Stars."--Doody's Review Service Doody's 20081118More details
