Lymphocyte Development

This volume presents an up-to-date, illustrated view of molecular processes involved in the development of lymphocytes. The book is based, in part, on a graduate course taught by the author. Topics include the selection processes involved in lymphocyte maturation, immune receptor gene rearrangement, signalling pathways involved in cell cycle progression and apoptosis, and the transcriptional regulation of lymphoid ontogeny.
