Person
DR KEITH PILBEAM is Professor of International Economics and Finance at City University, London, UK. A graduate of Leeds University, he has undertaken postgraduate studies at the College of Europe in Bruges, where he also became a teaching assistant. He obtained his PhD from the European University Institute in Florence and has been employed at the National Westminster Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He is President of International Economics & Finance Society (UK) and consultant to the Foreign Office and a number of academic and City institutions.
