Anita Hornacky, B.S., RN, CST, CNOR, is a perioperative educator specializing in surgical pharmacology, orthopedics and a professional seminar on working in the operating room. Anita is a certified perioperative registered nurse (CNOR) and a certified surgical technologist (CST). She has worked as a surgical technologist, circulating nurse and operating room preceptor and has authored and co-authored perioperative educational online material, webinars, book chapters and textbooks. Her professional affiliations include the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) and the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST).
