Born in the East Midlands and now residing in the dales of West Yorkshire, Anthony Phillips has always had a deep interest in countryside matters. After a diverse career spanning agriculture, horticulture, arboriculture, greenkeeping, and floristry, he retired as a lecturer in horticulture and organic production. Ben is an avid birdwatcher and passionately engaged with all things rural.
