Briefcase on Evidence

The purpose of the Briefcase series is to provide a summary of the most essential cases within each subject of an undergraduate law degree or Common Professional Examination course. It might also be useful for 'A' Level law students. Each book contains various chapters which are divided into main headings commonly found in textbooks. These headings are then sub-divided into sub-headings containing the most relevant and important cases. This work in the series covers the law of evidence.
