The Retirement Planning Guidebook is a clear, practical retirement planning book for anyone approaching or already in retirement. Retirement planning is fundamentally different from saving during your working years-mistakes are harder to fix, and decisions are often irreversible.
This retirement planning guide helps you make confident choices about income, taxes, health care, and lifestyle-without relying on one-size-fits-all advice.
You'll learn how to:
¿ Identify your retirement income style and choose strategies that fit you
¿ Build reliable retirement income from investments and insurance
¿ Decide when to claim Social Security to maximize lifetime benefits
¿ Navigate Medicare and health insurance, including early retirement
¿ Manage retirement taxes using withdrawals, Roth conversions, and RMD planning
¿ Address housing and long-term care decisions
¿ Organize estate and legacy planning essentials
¿ Prepare for the non-financial side of retirement, including purpose and lifestyle
This book explains key retirement topics-such as the 4% rule, sequence-of-return risk, annuities, Medicare choices, Social Security taxes, IRAs and 401(k)s, and more-in plain English.
The Retirement Planning Guidebook ensures no critical decision falls through the cracks, giving you a trusted framework to retire with clarity, confidence, and control.
