Brad Faxon was raised in Barrington, Rhode Island. He attended Furman University and was a two-time All-American (1982, 1983) as a member of the golf team. He played on the 1983 Walker Cup team and won the Haskins Award for the most outstanding collegiate golfer in the United States in 1983. Faxon won eight times on the PGA Tour and played on two Ryder Cup teams. Faxon has built a reputation as one of the best pure putters in golf history. Since 2010, Faxon has worked as a TV analyst for both Fox and NBC. Faxon lives in Florida with his wife, Dory, and their four children. Legendary golf writer George Peper was the editor-in-chief of Golf magazine for 25 years. His bestselling books include Two Years in St. Andrews, The Secret of Golf, Playing Partners, The Story of Golf, True Links, Golf in America, and most recently, Rainmaker (with Hughes Norton). Peper now lives in Charleston, South Carolina, where he serves as the editor of LINKS Magazine. The Best Logos in Golf is his 20th book.
