Dick Whittington - a Panto Script

A family pantomime script by cartoonist Roger Penwill. This is a script full of jokes and puns, telling the story of Dick Whittington and his journey to London and far beyond with his faithful cat, seeking his fortune whilst being pursued by a pair of royal rats. Being a panto, it all ends happily with Dick becoming Lord Mayor of London and marrying the lovely Alice Fitzwarren. It's also the tale of a chestnut. The book includes scenery suggestions.
