After three years behind bars in a Rhode Island state prison, all George wants is to live a somewhat normal life. Maybe he'll meet a nice girl...open the restaurant he always talked about in the yard.

He eventually became a copywriter, specializing in direct mail and writing fundraising letters to help raise money for animals and children.The first book he wrote was nonfiction, but he quickly realized he wasn't smart enough to be giving anyone advice.
