This book describes about the "FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF SUSTAINED RELEASE MATRIX TABLET OF VALSARTAN BY USING RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY". We used Design-Expert software. The software helps us in optimization of the formulation. The central composite design describes us about the affect of factors on responses. The second-polynomial equation along with both counter and 3D plots describes about the significant affect of the variables on responses.
