A Study of Microarray Data Resources and Its Management

The purpose of this study was to investigate the voluminous microarray data of different microarray chip producing companies and to build a database for cross-platform for integrating data at a single place. This is an interdisciplinary topic which help Bioinformaticians, Biologists, Biostaticists, Computer science peoples to interpret with the information of microarray chip. The database of Microarray data resources will become time reducing interface for searching the entire database to get the different information. The cross platform comparison can be performed by using the this microarray data resource.
