Faith Alive

A presentation of the Catholic faith based on the "Universe" magazine series, this book is based on the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) authorized by Rome. Intended to be relevant to teachers of the faith as well as general enquirers, it contains scripture quotations and questions for group discussion after each of the 48 sections, which may be used in schools and churches. It also includes guidance for prayer to assist personal and group reflection and is illustrated with photographs, maps, charts and cartoons. Rowanne Pasco is the religious adviser to TV-AM. She initiated "Faith Alive" while editing "The Universe". Father John Redford was course general editor of "Faith Alive" and works on "Word Alive" at "The Universe".
