Description
What makes Hole Vaulting unique are the Life-Go-Round and other holistic, enlightening strategies that show you how to realise the most appropriate 'fit' when presented with day-to-day opportunities, thus transforming you into what YOU consider to be the latest, best version of yourself, and to live an empowered life.
Imagine living a life that you love! A life that you can't wait to wake up to!
In her debut book, Hole Vaulting, Jo Parker demonstrates how she used her battle with crippling trauma to not only 'vault' out of depression, but to overhaul her life and discover who she really is. By utilising her passion with photography, the author could engage curiosity, connect with nature, and share her findings with a growing number of Instagram followers. (@jopparker)
It's difficult to describe the total emptiness that comes with depression. There is no passion in any form. No love, no anger, not a care for your own life or anyone else's life, let alone what they are doing day to day. From 'the inside', any offer of help, is an extreme irritant. Not useful at all, to friends and loved ones. Jo Parker says, 'It seemed like I went about my daily life operating with 10% of my brain, the other 90% being taken up by cancerous thoughts. The want to cleanse myself of this invisible but all-invading illness had to come from 'the inside'.
Inside the passionless, empty, vacuum-sucked shell. You can see the problem!'
What makes Hole Vaulting unique are the holistic, inspirational, enlightening strategies that show you how to realise the most appropriate 'fit' when presented with day-to-day opportunities, thus transforming into what YOU consider to be the latest, best version of yourself, and to live a life that you love!
