Sharon Paley is a registered nurse for people with learning disabilities and qualified nursery nurse. Sharon has over 27 years experience of working in the field of learning disabilities and has experience of supporting both adults and children with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder.
Sharon has worked mainly within residential services supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
In 2001 Sharon took up post as Physical Intervention Accreditation Scheme Manager at the British Institute of Learning Disabilities and managed the development of the BILD Physical Interventions Accreditation Scheme
