Rice is one of the most important staple foods for more than half of the world population especially for south-east Asia, where 90% of world's rice are grown and consumed. In this book, I focus on the lab to land initiative aims at achieving improvement in the quality of life of people by bringing into fruition provision of the programmed for development and welfare of the people in rural areas.
