Weareverygratefultothe19membersoftheProgramCommitteefortheir hardande?cientworkinproducingsuchahighqualityprogram. Inresponseto thecallforpapersofPKC2002,69paperswereelectronicallyreceivedfrom13 di?erentcountriesthroughoutEurope,America,andtheFarEast.
