Description
For several years, COSPAR has had a task group responsible for the International Heliospheric Study (IHS). This aims to strengthen the links between scientists interested in the study of the 3-dimensional heliosphere, and in particular to encourage optimum use of data arriving from the Pioneer and Voyager spacecraft in the distant heliosphere from Ulysses now headed for the solar polar regions. The 38 papers contained in this volume have been selected from those given at the meeting.
