Introduction to Legal Practice: v. 2

This text is specifically tailored to provide trainee legal executives with the knowledge and expertise needed for examination success. Volume 2 sets out the syllabus for the second year of study for the Institute's Part 1 examination. The text is divided into five chapters and incorporates many revised forms. Some of the areas updated include the Family Practice section which has been extensively revised to take account of the provisions of the Child Support Act.
