Christina Osbourne is Chief Executive of the strategic human resources consultancy Business Solutions, www.BSol.co.uk. Christina advises clients, ranging from entrepreneurs to multinationals, on designing organizations and developing people to succeed. Her roles as executive director have spanned personnel, marketing, and strategic planning, including mergers and acquisitions. Christina has held non-executive board roles in both public and private sectors and been engaged as a speaker on human resource strategy and as a mentor to chief executives and directors leading organizational change.
