The Value and Impacts of Alternative Fuel Distribution Concepts

Arroyo reviewed the U.S. Army1s historical uses of temporary pipelines and surveyed future scenarios to develop a list of potential requirements for temporary petroleum pipeline structure. Against this list, existing and planned pipeline units and equipment were assessed across a variety of performance dimensions. Because the best choice will be sensitive to the decisionmaker1s assessment of the environment, a decision-support table is provided.
