Dominic O'Sullivan was born in North London and grew up in Muswell Hill. He has however spent much of his time in East Anglia. He studied German at the University of East Anglia under the guidance of his tutor Dr W.G. 'Max' Sebald. In 2009 he published his first collection of short stories 'Swifts', followed by 'Icarus in Reverse' in 2013 and 'Undercover' in 2014. In addition, a number of his plays and monologues have been performed at the ADC Theatre, Cambridge. This collection features a number of poems on Ely, Shippea Hill and the Fens.
