Description
Penny can't believe her luck. She had told everyone she was going to become a TV star and now it was actually happening. "Officer Cool" is Ralph's favourite TV show and she is the new Officer Lead, his trusted pencil. With her new friends Clapper, the clapperboard, Ruby the make-up brush and Meg, the megaphone, Penny has to save the show from being taken off the air. Someone is tampering with the scripts and Penny has a feeling that the evil Black Texta might be back. Penny's idea to run a competition to appear on the show might just save it, but when Bert the Bully wins the competition, she begins to get suspicious...

Eileen O'Hely was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1972 to Irish parents. Having spent the whole of the 1990s at university studying languages and astrophysics, she decided she'd had enough and went to work in the computer industry. After she quit her job and moved to Europe, she spent the next two years sight-seeing in summer, pretending to snowboard in winter, and writing in her spare time. Eileen currently lives London. Nicky Phelan's film, Foetus, was selected and screened in the Galway Film Fleadh 2003 in the Best New Irish Animation Short category. Nicky is currently working in Brown Bag Films as an Animation Director and Digital Artist.
