Peter O'Donnell has written in many media, but his most famous creation is female spy Modesty Blaise. Neville Colvin was a noted strip artist whose career began in the 1950s. He is most famous for illustrating Modesty Blaise, but also worked on James Bond and the fondly remembered Ginger & Co. Sadly, he died in 1991.
