ISO 9000 Documentation Toolkit

This pack is a practical toolkit designed to evoke discussion at planning meetings, to be annotated and written in, and to be employed in the writing of procedures. The disk contains documentation templates in Microsoft Word for the PC and MAC, and in WordPerfect for DOS. The worksheets in the pack interpret the standard by specifying real-life strategies for determining what needs to be done in terms of who's responsible for an activity, the record keeping and the follow-up activities. The word processor templates include the elements of document control required by the standard and the master template, or segments from the book, can be used to write individual procedures. There are 20 worksheets corresponding to the 20 ISO elements.
