It's a new school year for Billy and his bulldozer friends. Nothing is more important to them than winning the Rocky Rumble, a hauling competition that decides who will be the class leaders. Billy has been moving rocks all summer long; he's ready to win! But his hopes are dashed when he's assigned to work with Crawley, a friendly bulldozer who's as slow as a cement truck. As the competition draws near, Billy must decide if he will keep Crawley as a partner or leave him behind to become the champion.
