Description
Exquisite stories of yearning and resilience in the American West.
Ben Nickol's Sun River captures the lives of men and women in North Idaho and Western Montana as they grapple with difficult choices. Through off-putting witticisms and hard-won wisdom, these characters navigate the challenges of time, place, and circumstance.
From family dynamics to economic hardship, these stories illuminate the struggles and triumphs of individuals seeking connection and meaning in a changing world. Discover an American vernacular worn and scarred by time, where hope and defiance endure against all odds. A rewarding read for those who appreciate character-driven fiction with emotional resonance.
