Dr Nguyen Anh Tuan completed his PhD in London on GIS urban and landscape planning, on a mixed background in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Through GIS application in resolving urbanization problems of Ho Chi Minh City, he finds out directional manner of open space - a vector quantity showing hidden dimension of open space value.
