Sixth-generation Texan June Naylor has been a food and travel journalist and dining critic for more than 20 years, and she's penned three cookbooks with noted Texas chefs. Culinary travel assignments have led her to Thailand and France, New Zealand and Argentina, and throughout the Southwest U.S. She has served as a Regional Panelist for the James Beard Foundation Restaurant Awards committee and is a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier . While writing about food and travel for the Fort Worth-based luxury magazine called 360 West, she also contributes stories to American Way, USA Today, Dallas Morning News, Texas Highways and Texas Monthly while also running a culinary events company in Fort Worth, Texas.
