Her skills range in both the design and the implementation arenas, having architected and deployed complex solutions for enterprise customers. She joined Microsoft Consulting Services in 2008. She holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras. Jay currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, Chad, and their son Satya.
