Natalie and her husband, Drew, opened up The County Canteen and 555 Brewing Co., before purchasing and renovating Jackson's Falls Country Inn. She is the co-author of County Heirlooms: Recipes and Reflections from Prince Edward County and County Social: Vignettes from Prince Edward County's Craft Drinkmakers.
