Author
Johannes Narbeshuber, MBA is a psychologist and business consultant. He is a Senior Partner at Trigon Development Consultants and Chairman of the Österreichischer Bundesverband für Achtsamkeit/Mindfulness (ÖBAM), the Austrian national mindfulness association. He is also a senior coach at the German Federal Association of Business Coaching (DBVC).
Esther Narbeshuber, MBA is a business consultant and MBSR instructor who trained under Jon Kabat-Zinn and other leading mindfulness teachers. She is a founding member of Germany's national mindfulness association, the Deutscher Achtsamkeitsverband (VFAM), and sits on its board. She is also a certified teacher and mentoring coach, a scrum master, and the Managing Director of the Salzburg Mindful Leadership Institute.
