LORETTA NAPOLEONI is the author of international bestsellers, The Islamist Phoenix: The Islamic State (ISIS) and the Redrawing of the Middle East, Rogue Economics: Capitalism's New Reality, and Terror Incorporated: Tracing the Money Behind Global Terrorism.
