Description
This is the second book in the Beyond the Mist Trilogy. It follows David as Barak, into the past where he makes a journey, which at first he does not understand why, but after various adventures, meeting with people he thinks he has seen before, it eventually makes sense - of a kind. Barak's former home is burned down, and he and his wife are shunned by the village. They move to a nearby village to start afresh, but not long after their arrival he meets up with Zenarth who completely changes his life. He meets up with his long lost family, but not in any usual manner. It is when he enters The Games that he proves that his horsemanship and skills in the traditional game of Skashing comes to the forefront - but who are his opponents?

Person
The second book in this trilogy again involves the brothers, yet this one is more of a personal, perhaps more philosophical journey, subtitled 'Omega and Alpha'. Whilst the first two books have a distinct 'oldy-worldy' setting, the final book in this trilogy, yet to be completed, called 'The Coin Collector', has a more modern day approach to it, and involves far more than just the brothers.
