Dr. Aparajita Nanda
is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science Engineering, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India. She obtained her Bachelors (IT) from Biju Pattnaik University, Odisha, Masters (CSE) from Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology, and Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India. Her major research interests include computer vision, data mining, machine learning and visual surveillance in computer engineering applications. She has published several papers in respected international journals, and co-authored research articles in conferences, and book chapters. Dr. Nanda is a member of the ACM and IAENG. She has worked on a R&D project funded by SERB.

She obtained her Bachelors (IT) and Masters (CSE) from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, and Ph.D. from ABV-IIITM Gwalior, India. Her research interests include data mining, cloud computing, high-performance computing and its applications. She has published several papers in respected international journals and conference proceedings, and also contributed book chapters. Dr. Chaurasia is a member of the ACM and IAENG. She has worked on a R&D project under UKIERI.
