Description
Allison never meant to stumble back into the Dreamspace. One moment she was fighting deadlines and sipping coffee; the next she was falling through flickering portals, clutching a pen that had become a key, and hearing clocks tick that no one else could hear.
In Volume 2 of Dreamspace Chronicles: Allison's Awakening, the veil between dreams and waking thins further. Guided by Sol, haunted by memories she didn't know she had, and accompanied by Thimble the spark-keeper raccoon and Felipe the glittering armadillo with an endless supply of snacks, Allison is pushed deeper into the heart of her own imagination.
But the Dreamspace isn't stable. Cracks ripple through its foundations. Time bends. Portals strain. And somewhere beyond the veil, something is listening for her name.
As fireflies dance like sparks across pages that write themselves, Allison faces echoes of her past-including a memory so vivid and tender it threatens to undo her. The clocks tick louder, the carnival lights beckon, and the unraveling has begun.
This second volume (Chapters 6-10) carries readers from the fragile wonder of rediscovering lost dreams to the razor edge of revelation and danger. Both a lyrical fantasy and a mirror held to the creative life, Allison's Awakening invites dreamers, neurodivergent souls, and anyone who has ever felt the pull of imagination to step inside.
Because the Dreamspace is more than a refuge. It's alive. It remembers.
And it is waiting.

Dreamspace Chronicles: Allison's Awakening is a serialized soft-fantasy project written for readers who thrive in liminal spaces-the in-between where dreams brush against reality.
This story is born from lived experience: the push and pull of deadlines, the tension between survival work and soul work, the bittersweet weight of memory, and the stubborn spark of creativity that refuses to go out. Allison's journey is my own in many ways: a neurodivergent writer grappling with doubt, exhaustion, and the quiet miracle of words that carry us home.
The Dreamspace itself is both metaphor and magic. It is what we imagine, what we forget, and what we dare to remember. Through Allison, I explore what it means to reclaim your voice and your worth-even when the clocks are ticking and the world says "not enough."
This volume includes one of the most personal fragments I have ever written: Allison's brief reunion with her late father. Though dreamlike and fabricated, it echoes a truth in my own life. I chose to include it because grief is part of our creative inheritance-love that still demands expression.
I write for those who see themselves on the margins: neurodivergent adults, queer dreamers, and anyone who has ever felt "too much" or "not enough." May you find in these pages a place where your sparks are not only welcome but essential.
Thank you for stepping into the Dreamspace with me.
