Kevin, a young Canadian, has just finished school and is on his way to start working in New York. Worried about Cathy, a young woman he recently met in Canada, Kevin has come to New York to look for her. It doesn't take too long for him to experience first-hand the dangers of the world she inhabits and find himself caught up in the world of drug dealers.
