She's been involved in the training of adults, in both the private and public sector, for more than 20 years. She is currently the director of Business and Professional Programs at Bellevue College. Debra Golden did her graduate work in Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University. She was an instructional designer at the Boeing Company for 13 years and is currently the training analyst/instructional designer for the Business Training Institute at Bellevue College.
