It's February 1997 and British Motorcycle racing rookie JAKE 'JAKEY' SMITH is on a mission. Having had a miserable debut year into the harsh and unforgiving world of motor racing, he is nonetheless determined that he will become world champion one day soon. His obvious talent and determination has attracted the attention of PAUL WILLIAMS, who just happens to be manager of one of the best race teams in the business. Now armed with a new team and a superior bike, JAKEY starts the new year with fresh hope of achieving his dream, but standing in his way is his nearest rival and the current champion, France's PIERRE HELLER, who is equally talented, and determined to keep the crown. Will JAKEY finally succeed in achieving his dream, or will PIERRE HELLER reign supreme once again?
