Description
Stress FreeTM Change Over Solutions develops the production line and support personnel and creates a dramatic decrease in the time to change a line from producing one product to the time the next product is running
The changeover skill, the procedures and the tools are all improved.
Changeover goes from minutes to seconds.
Every motion is examined, timed, and looked at for improvement.
The goal is to achieve a changeover that is referred to as the process that needs no tools, no talent and takes no time.
The actual time it takes to achieve a significant improvement varies. An eighty percent time reduction in five days is a goal that Stress FreeTM Changeover Solutions has achieved in multiple production lines around the world.
It is possible to make this improvement on current production lines and not spend more than is budgeted for equipment maintenance.
The change is possible, but leaders must lead. They must step forward and do it first.
When the non-line leaders demonstrate that they can do it. The production line team members always take the next step in making the changeover even better.
Changeover improvement makes life on the line easier. The operating teams always celebrate a more stable and positive production environment.
Imagine having the fastest, most effective, and efficient production line at performing change over while at the same time improving throughput and maintaining quality and doing it all safely.
Do it and "they will come" to you to learn what you have demonstrated is possible...

About the AuthorRon Muellerwww.remwriter95.net/Ron grew up in what is now Flint River State Park in Southeast Iowa. The 170-year-old house Ron lived in is built into a hillside. It faces a 125-foot-high cliff towering over the little Flint River. The house and the land talked to him about; the passing of time, the struggle to conquer the land, the struggles people faced and the wonder of nature. He climbed the cliffs, crawled into the caves, dove from the swimming rock, collected clams from the bottom of the pond, gigged and skinned frogs for their legs. He trapped muskrats for fur, hunted raccoon in the dead of night, and with only a stick hunted rabbits in the dead of winter. His young life was outdoors, and nature tested him.He walked to a one room stone schoolhouse uphill both ways. A stern but warm-hearted teacher, Mrs. Henry was instrumental in shaping his character as she shepherded him from the fourth to the eighth grade. It was a great way to grow up.Ron graduated from Burlington, High School, went to Vietnam in the Navy. He graduated from The University of South Florida with a master's degree in engineering, worked for thirty eight years for Procter and Gamble, traveled around the world thirty times. He has remained happily married for more than fifty years. His daughter and his two sons are all successful and his three grandchildren have all graduated. His wife has humored and supported him as he became a full time professional story teller. He has come to realize that he is, what is known as, a Cozy writer. Excitement and adventure but little guts and gore. His heroine or hero suffer a little but live happily ever after. His experiences inter-twined with snippets of fantasy lend themselves to the adventures he leads the reader through.
