Philip E. Morrison has a heart for equipping under-resourced pastors. After moving to Kenya 25 years ago, he became a lecturer at Moffat Bible College. At the college, he became passionate about equipping pastors with limited resources who are responsible for multiple congregations. As a result, he founded The Multi-Church Pastor Institute to mentor and train these pastors.
