Nicholas Sinclair is one of Britain's foremost portrait photographers with a career spanning more than forty years. Seven books of his work have been published since 1996 and in 2003 he was made a Hasselblad Master. His work has been widely exhibited in galleries and museums and is held in public collections throughout Europe, including the National Portrait Gallery in London, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation in Venice and Albertina in Vienna.
Paul Moorhouse is an art historian and curator. From 2020 to 2023, he was Chief Executive of the Anthony Caro Studio, Before that, he was Senior Curator and Head of Displays at the National Portrait Gallery, London (2005-2017) and Senior Curator at Tate (1985 -2005), where he was closely involved with the creation of Tate Modern and Tate Britain. He has curated numerous exhibitions internationally and published extensively, with books and exhibition catalogues on major modern and contemporary artists, including Anthony Caro, Salvador Dali, Alberto Giacometti, Howard Hodgkin, Hans Hofmann, Richard Long, Gerhard Richter, Bridget Riley, Cindy Sherman and Andy Warhol. He lives and works in London.
