This book is a practical guide to the best use of Information Technology (IT) in the English classroom for teachers implementing the National Curriculum (NC). It looks at the NC rationale for the use of IT in the classroom, before moving on to give concrete examples of classroom activities as well as looking at planning and implementing IT at departmental and school level. A reference section gives useful addresses, advice on software and hardware, and a host of further reading sources.
