He is the International President of the Deep Institute, President of Asia Pacific Association of Multimedia Assisted Language Learning, NETPAW and GETPAW Director, Senior Advisor to the Lions Clubs International Foundation, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His areas of interest include multimedia learning and e-learning.
