The book deals on an ongoing construction project of a Residential Building (G+3) and collect all the data related to that project from the concern agencies and track the processes of work deeply, with the use of a software named MS PROJECT which is a tool to plan a project and to track the progress of work time to time. An attempt has been made to work on it and got to know many facts which are faced by the companies in there day to day working process. A Comparison of actual and original time and cost is performed in this study using project management software MS PROJECT.
