Conflict Resolution (Facilitator Guide)

The facilitator companion for the Conflict Resolution course. Provides week-by-week teaching plans, two-hour timelines, discussion guidance, handling common resistance, and crisis protocols including disclosed violence, current threats, victimization, and requests for mediation (and why the facilitator does not mediate). Built for trained incarcerated facilitators delivering the course cell-front. Educational in scope with clear referral paths. Part of the Death2Life Prison Ministries curriculum, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
