Fiji (Software)

Its main purpose is to provide a distribution of ImageJ with many plugins bundled. As Ubuntu, Fiji has an integrated updating system to stay up-to-date. A further goal of Fiji is to provide users with a coherent menu structure as well as extensive documentation in the form of detailed algorithm descriptions and tutorials, and avoid having to install multiple components from different sources.
