Ken Milburn (Oakland, CA) has been consulting on and writing about personal computer-based graphics, design, and multimedia since 1981. He is currently working as a contributing editor to the Microsoft MSN-PictureIt! site where two of his "how-to" articles appear each month. He has written several books on Photoshop and graphics. Ken's background as a digital artist is founded in an earlier career of fifteen years as a nationally published advertising and editorial photographer. His photographs have appeared in TV Guide, Look Magazine, The Los Angeles Sunday Times Magazine, Computer Artist and Digital Video Magazine.
